It’s amazing what one model can do.
In our latest story Grease, which is in the June issue of w25 Magazine, model Carly Erin O’Neil portrays both Danny and Sandy with a modern fashion edge.
The shoot was styled by Shatonia Amee@Pink Suede Inc and hair/makeup was by Daleesa Weary@camerareadycosmetics.com.

This shoot featured some very different types of looks.
Brittany Ann did a great job of modeling different emotions for each and Jessica accentuated those with great hair and makeup.

Last Friday, I shot a new line of T-shirts and T-shirt dresses for Project Runway model Emarie Wiltz, who is on the new season that debuted this week. She is also starring on the new after-show, Models of the Runway.
The line is called Global Recess, which is designed to draw attention to global issues such as human trafficking. I shot the images with the models, which you can see in the shopping section by clicking on the purple thumbnails and in the facts area by clicking some of the dots next to each issue.
I’ve included some of my favorite images below. (Emarie is in the purple top.)

I did a shoot about 4 weeks ago with a great model, Carly Erin O’Neil. We tried a number of looks and this post shows some of the “motion” shots we created.

I did a studio shoot two weeks ago with Kay, a model who has a great sense for having fun in front of the camera. We shot for a few hours with the idea of creating some interesting, artistic images — with backgrounds ranging from HDR exposures to just a bit of added color.

Last week’s warm weather provided an opportunity for another outdoor shoot. This time we worked with Michael from Red Model Management.
The light shifted from cloudy to sunny during the shoot, providing some different looks to the images.
The weather was gorgeous last week, so we got to shoot outside for the first time in 2009. The images below are of Lillian, a new face at Basic Model Management.
Hair and makeup were by Jessica. I handled the styling. We had fun with some very different looks during this shoot.
I had the chance last week to do a test shoot with Samantha of Basic Model Management. We worked to put a little motion into the images and got some neat results.
Hair and makeup was handled by Jessica. And, as it turns out, the day we shot was Samantha’s birthday!
